The women here seem to be expected to work outside their roles and responsibilities and the expectation between male counterparts is grossly skewed.
If you stand up for yourself or a fellow employee, you will be fired or harassed/intimidated to the point of quitting. If you speak out on your treatment by management and report it. Fired or temp agency called stated “services no longer needed”
females let go at a much higher instance and all at once, no place to repurpose their skills. Kept the men that wanted to trade places. Complaints made fall on deaf ears. Accused of “annoying” the consultant and executives.
You will never get hired full time if you come on as a temp.
Moral is starting to slide since the peoples director and manager have been stripped of all involvement.
Grossly understaffed.
