Pros

Most people where nice, just the mid and upper management where unprofessional.

Cons

A very unprofessional exit interview. I was told I should start a new career by the head of HR. I just told him to proceed with the interview. I know now why he said that because my old boss is given me bad references, even if i don't use her as a reference, other companies ask if i worked with her (over 15 yrs.) She is the devil.

Pros

Over all great place to work rates are competitive with in the area .

Cons

Don't feel like theirs any opportunity for growth.no recognition for hardworking employees. As a employee your feedback doesn't matter . have shared many ideas with management to make a better place and how to get things flowing better but my seems like employees input doesn't matter.
