- Nice and friendly people & environment to work with - If I look back the amount of Knowledge gathered is huge. - Happiness Team(HR) really supportive and very helpful in terms of professionally and personally. Since I have been relocated from overseas, so far myself or my family never felt we are away from home. Thanks again for very kindly support. - I literally feel like a family atmosphere. - Career growth and opportunity are very high. Especially my growth is drastic with Aleph. I joined as Developer and stepped out as Technical Lead in a couple of years - Got a chance to learn a lot of new technologies and a good place to explore your ideas and dream well supported by management. - I have never been denied any personal and emergency related leaves, thanks for management being take care so far. - Year end is always fun in terms of celebration and $$$$ :)
Cons
Notice period is slightly longer, agree most of the companies do have similar long notice period policies. This is the place for people who have passion about what they are doing. If you are looking for 9-5 job Aleph may not be the right choice.
