Great support system from management and staff

Some recurring issues are not prioritized

*MD's very easy going *Staff in other units very friendly * Lots of Filipinos *You'll learn alot / not to rely on others *Always parking in the morning and thats about it

*HR doesnt take concerns or threats seriously *Management does not speak up about NOR correct innapropiate behavior *Blatant unfair workload *Hostile peers *Pay is atrocious *Lots of Filipinos ( you will get treated inferior ) taking on 3-6 more cases than your Filipino peers while others gossip doing nothing while you're drowning in work
