Everyone works together as a Team. They offer great benefits and really are family oriented. If you need time off for anything they don't hesitate to let you have it off. They even offer Sick Time for dependent care.

Remote work had lots of flexibility.

Cons

Poor leadership from top to bottom. Never answered the though questions. Claimed they cared about their people, but when things got tough, they layed hundreds of people off in silence. The company only wants to hear about the good on the engagement surveys, honest and negative feedback will get you targeted.
