Pros
The interview process at AAC was seamless with each HR representative and interviewing manager being prompt and professional. Employee onboarding is organized and treated as an important step that fosters a friendly and collaborative company culture and prepares employees for their path ahead. Expectations are communicated clearly and questions and discussion are encouraged at every level. AAC really goes out of its way to hire the right people for the right job and ensures that group dynamics are evaluated before forming new teams. So far, everyone I’ve interacted with, from the administrative level all the way to the COO/CFO/CEO level, has been welcoming, open to new ideas, communicative, and obviously driven to develop AAC into an even better company. AAC pays well, has a good benefits plan, allows for flexible schedules, and encourages personal and professional growth.
Cons
No real cons, but in any company that is continually growing and evolving you should expect to work through some growing pains every now and then.
