Very good work life balance. Very nice people.

Cons

Benefits are decent but you get a lot of other things that helps make up for this.. The computer systems are just okay but they are aggressively working with n finding a solution.

Remote work had lots of flexibility.

Cons

Poor leadership from top to bottom. Never answered the though questions. Claimed they cared about their people, but when things got tough, they layed hundreds of people off in silence. The company only wants to hear about the good on the engagement surveys, honest and negative feedback will get you targeted.
