Pros
Good benefits, colleagues are genuinely friendly, remote work
Cons
Since the influx of new leaders from RaboBank, this company has lost its core culture and values. They claim they are working on Diversity and Inclusion and are led predominantly by white men. Look at the website to see if there is anything reflective of D&I. People do not feel like they are included or that they belong when your culture is to fire people who speak up or share feedback. They claim it is a healthy culture but they do not truly respect or value employees. They claim they are heading in a direction to support sustainability in ag and small farmers but are actually working to support growth in industrial Ag that will create a conglomerate in food systems. They are not about the employee, or the farmer but about revenue and being number 1 in the system. Their initiatives are unclear to almost everyone in the company and their mission is not true - they do not serve all segments of agriculture.
