CEO knows your name! Yea, I was pretty surprised that after meeting me the first day the CEO remembered my name. Pretty cool considering there are about 500 employees! I was also amazed at how many people have worked here for so long. I think that says a lot about a company.We also have an amazing benefits package: medical, dental, vision and life insurance, fitness reimbursement, tuition assistance, ongoing training and development, great vacation and sick leave allocation, flexible schedule. Also, there is regular communication from upper management (company-wide calls) so you really get an understanding of what the overall goals and mission are and what important projects are happening. Personally, I get a lot of flexibility to work on projects that I'm interested in. My supervisor encourages us to attend seminars and take on projects where we can learn about areas we are passionate about. Being in the ag industry, we also get to be a apart of some great events that support our local farmers and ranchers. It's nice to be able to see the end product and the reason why you work hard!
Cons
Watch out for the Farm Credit 5 (or is it 15). Everyone gains weight when they start working here because there is always food!
