Cons

Things are never perfect, and never will be, but we are trying to improve where needed and able. We work hard for a noble mission and purpose. Those who don't want to do that should stay away.

Remote work had lots of flexibility.

Cons

Poor leadership from top to bottom. Never answered the though questions. Claimed they cared about their people, but when things got tough, they layed hundreds of people off in silence. The company only wants to hear about the good on the engagement surveys, honest and negative feedback will get you targeted.
