Great employees, opportunity for advancement. I have only been there a short time but have already seen the team atmosphere present at my facility. Will say that safety is paramount and is not just something they talk about.

Cons

12 hour night shifts for those of us that have not worked nights for many a year.

Poor upper management, no training protocol for mid level management employees, a lot of distrust in upper management, no freedom to make recommendations outside of those approved by upper managment
