Pros

Overall, a great company with a great mission.

Cons

Please take my advice and do NOT apply for roles at the Irving office, if you absolutely have to, make sure it is not the Heart Walk team specifically. Every single person in this leadership role especially the leader for the Heart Walk team is unprofessional, has a lot to learn, and clearly doesn’t know what traits to look for in managers or for themselves for that matter. They are not willing to support you if you have gaps in your role, there’s definitely favoritism amongst the team, you are expected to reach unrealistic goals that are unattainable, and they will make you feel and do things that will force you to quit. The amount of mental and emotional stress this team caused is something that ruined some of the best moments and times outside of work, because I was always anxious, stressed, and worried about this job and the team I worked under. You should never have to go home or wake up dreading your job, and this job, team and staff will do just that to you. There’s a reason more than half/most of the team isn’t even there anymore. RUN from this role, location and this team.
