Everyone from Sales through Production to Launch and after are hands-on and work as a team to complete every project and keep it up/running. The designers are constantly producing award winning sites. If there is ever something you don't know or are unsure of, there is always a large team of people within the company to have your back and help you out. I had to leave AmericanEagle due to my husband's job being transferred. Americaneagle.com is a constantly expanding and growing company with that does come your standard growing pains but nothing extreme.
