Your days go unbelievably fast. There is good training. If you work as a sub you get paid travel.

Cons

Can be very stressful. Does not matter how many years of service you put in you will never get extra time off or raise unless it’s a cola.

Good health benefits Some nice people There are some leaders who really care about what they do and the residents

Outdated systems and processes working in silos lots of unnecessary politics some people don't care about the work they do, just there to collect their pension
