Pros

It’s a state job so the benefits are decent

Cons

Work weeks were ridiculous with a schedule that made no sense. I won’t go too into detail because I want to remain anonymous; but I compared the schedule of the same job in Baltimore and the hours were completely different and more manageable. Be ready to never have a life again.

Good health benefits Some nice people There are some leaders who really care about what they do and the residents

Cons

Outdated systems and processes working in silos lots of unnecessary politics some people don't care about the work they do, just there to collect their pension
