Pros
Great co-workers, great work/life balance, good benefits
Cons
Where to begin... Terrible pay, no respect for employees, CEO is a joke. The CEO and leadership team of this organization have really gone down hill. This is an old conservation non-profit with an amazing history and great mission, and the CEO and senior management want it to be a young, hip, fortune 500 company. AMC recently moved to a new building in Charlestown because we ran out of space on Beacon Hill. This is a joke. The new office is small, sterile, nothing works, and we paid wayyyyy too much. No one is happy. Employees are getting laid off left and right for no apparent reason. The only explanation is that the CEO and senior management wants to take AMC "into the future." Meanwhile they're screwing over all the remaining employees who now have triple the work. Theres no respect for employees or their work or the fact that most people took pay cuts to work here. If they're not careful everyone is going to jump ship
