Business Outlook
Pros
It's a job for now. Benefits are swell but fastly eroding
Cons
The company is in a state of attrition and is making work conditions impossible for employees. There is a forced RTO, and executives are on a mission to cut employees to hit magical budget numbers. This company used to be best in state and has completely fallen from grace. Financials are all that are cared about, even among record profits and sample counts. Layoffs are coming in disguise. They are not happy with the attrition and are working on ways to reduce specimen processing resources (employees) by up to 100 people.
