Flexible scheduling made taking time off easy.

Cons

Organized chaos. There is not sufficient training being given to their youth counselors who are often straight out of undergrad. Youth counselors are being sent in to meet with clients who often have high behavioral needs and they are expected to develop their own interventions. This is something that needs to be done by a licensed professional. It felt like a disservice to the kids.

Good company with good team members to work with. My manager and boos was excellent and very flexible compared to to other mangers.

Cons

The pay was not the best. Sometimes work overtime to get work done.

Unexpected executive transitions, losing history and foundation of the agency. Lack of transparency for promotion opportunities. Poor succession planning.
