Good company with good team members to work with. My manager and boos was excellent and very flexible compared to to other mangers.

Cons

The pay was not the best. Sometimes work overtime to get work done.

Pros

Anything, worse company to work for, no life balance, community supervisor will bully you instead of helping you, don't trust their titles, trust their aptitudes

Cons

Stay away from this agency, there's no culture & professionalism!! management have favorism to long employees and don't help new folks, they do whatever they want even talk about their clients and make fun of them. Management even bully new employees, stay away from here! They only help employees they like, so if you are looking for a place to advance don't look at here, worse government agency aver!!

Pros

Being able to to be part of the journey with the young adults, no matter what your position is within the company, is amazing.

Cons

The management is very toxic. There is a lot of micromanaging, yelling at employees as well as young adults. There is a lot of turn over at the office, not due to pay, not due to the amount of work, but because how management is treating her employees.
