Pros

Base salary is decent and hiring manager was amazing

Cons

Benefits are poor and the transparency before hiring is lacking. Won't disclose information about benefits that are prorated or conditional until after hiring, so you don't know you're not actually getting full benefits marketed at offer. Management in company and PMO is an atrocity. Turning and burning PMs regularly. Leadership plays favorites, has no clear direction for solving problems, and actively encourages lying to clients. Employees are discouraged and even punished for trying to improve internal processes. Retaliation, bullying, and popularity are commonplace to the point it feels like a bad 90's high school drama. There is very little to no support across the entire organization for teams in all departments and constant bottlenecks due to silos. The lack of communication and organization between departments creates confusion and poor client delivery.

Pros

Remote work is pretty much all this company has going for it.

Cons

Everything else Lack of communication, each "team" is allowed to incorporate "company policy" however they want - or honestly not follow it at all. There is no over site from AssistRx, the team directors are allowed to do whatever they want it seems, even when employees voice concerns about lack of communication, lack of clarity, lack of consistency, etc there is no one to really report this to. Everything is done half baked, they (AssistRx) released new resources this year where you can report concerns, client contract violations, ask compliance questions, etc. It looks great on the email, but when you go to use any of the resources "access required" message appears, you request the access and it never comes..... very interesting.
