Pros

No pro's at all for this company when I started over 6 people were let go my first week and 4 more my second week.

Cons

The company has no idea how to treat people at all. You are told to "work hard or you will be let go". Their idea of working hard is 10-12 hours day. There is so much chaos their it's mind boggling anything gets done at all. There is so much disconnection between each department and the upper management is delusional in its thoughts. They seem to have ill temperments and force you to think their way or be fired. They do no investigative work when their are employee disputes at all. You are treated like your replaceable at the whim of the CEO. I wouldn't have my worse enemy work here and if you have a family they could careless about you or your family needs. Please what ever you do not work for this company and the positive reviews are most likely planted reviews.

Cons

Fast moving environment is not ideal for those who need significant structure; With rapid growth, cross organizational alignment takes effort by all stakeholders; The space we serve is complex and takes work to educate prospects and talent.

Pros

Remote work is pretty much all this company has going for it.

Cons

Everything else Lack of communication, each "team" is allowed to incorporate "company policy" however they want - or honestly not follow it at all. There is no over site from AssistRx, the team directors are allowed to do whatever they want it seems, even when employees voice concerns about lack of communication, lack of clarity, lack of consistency, etc there is no one to really report this to. Everything is done half baked, they (AssistRx) released new resources this year where you can report concerns, client contract violations, ask compliance questions, etc. It looks great on the email, but when you go to use any of the resources "access required" message appears, you request the access and it never comes..... very interesting.
