Pros

If you like to do your work, it's an easy and fulfilling 40. I've worked places that had the know-how but not the tools. And I've worked places that had the tools but not the know-how. AssistRx has the tools AND the know-how which makes challenges trivial. You just, do it. The one person referenced in other reviews? Still here. I'm analytical and live off logic based decision making. If that person is still here years after those reviews, then was that person really the problem? Nope. And if they were wrong about that, I surmised they might be wrong about work/life balance and the other cons. And I was right. I'm digging it.

Cons

Snacks run out quickly. My work laptop could use a refresh. Not a fan of open seating, but you know what? I feel more productive than I ever did sitting in a cube; guess that's a pro.

Pros

Remote work is pretty much all this company has going for it.

Cons

Everything else Lack of communication, each "team" is allowed to incorporate "company policy" however they want - or honestly not follow it at all. There is no over site from AssistRx, the team directors are allowed to do whatever they want it seems, even when employees voice concerns about lack of communication, lack of clarity, lack of consistency, etc there is no one to really report this to. Everything is done half baked, they (AssistRx) released new resources this year where you can report concerns, client contract violations, ask compliance questions, etc. It looks great on the email, but when you go to use any of the resources "access required" message appears, you request the access and it never comes..... very interesting.
