Pros

There are many reviews from bitter ex-employees who fail to mention the pros of AssistRx. Some of the pros are constant free lunches, free snacks and drinks, beer cart, generous holiday parties at Cuba Libre, summer family events with jet skis, speed boats, drinks and also at Kings Bowling. There are company paid happy hours, and a lounge with video games.

Cons

Cons are different for everyone depending on position. Overworked managers do not have enough time to manager their teams. Training is getting better and there is lots of room for growth but you have to earn it like any other company. You will come across the usual office politics and some salaries are low for the level of responsibility.

Significant opportunity to grow at a company with real momentum in the life sciences services space; The work genuinely matters by helpful patients access life-changing therapies; Teams are collaborative and open minded to big ideas that can transform what the organization delivers; Leadership is focused on team member success and career growth

Cons

Fast moving environment is not ideal for those who need significant structure; With rapid growth, cross organizational alignment takes effort by all stakeholders; The space we serve is complex and takes work to educate prospects and talent.

Pros

Remote work is pretty much all this company has going for it.

Cons

Everything else Lack of communication, each "team" is allowed to incorporate "company policy" however they want - or honestly not follow it at all. There is no over site from AssistRx, the team directors are allowed to do whatever they want it seems, even when employees voice concerns about lack of communication, lack of clarity, lack of consistency, etc there is no one to really report this to. Everything is done half baked, they (AssistRx) released new resources this year where you can report concerns, client contract violations, ask compliance questions, etc. It looks great on the email, but when you go to use any of the resources "access required" message appears, you request the access and it never comes..... very interesting.
