Committed colleagues who work hard for students despite systemic issues. Some staff care deeply about student success.
Cons
Inconsistent leadership, lack of transparency, and unclear expectations. HR processes are unprofessional and reactive. Micromanagement increased toward the end of my tenure, and decisions often felt personal rather than performance-based. Bias and lack of inclusion were evident, and communication from leadership was frequently dismissive. Declining student retention reflects dissatisfaction with the school’s environment and culture.
