salary not needing certification some of the kids some of the staff

Cons

no parking no guidance no help no freedom of opinion disrespectful students and coworkers very long hours working outside of school hours overworked seems racist and sexist even though staff is diverse

the education is ok and it’s improving somewhat

Cons

Very unorganized in multiple ways, Hire Staff that are very disrespectful and when you address the issue to higher ups nothing actually gets resolved due to the fact that they are short staffed since many teachers are quitting. They make unnecessary rules that anyone would think for a school is ridiculous they need to change. Said they were going to make a high school building years ago (still hasn’t seen anything)
