      The pay and the benefits

      Cons

      The school wastes time with "perks", activities, and anything else they can think of. Leaving teachers to use their own time for planning, prep, and grading. The school lacks appropriate classroom space and supplies but expects teachers to make up for it. Yearly reviews are used to give their favorite teachers bonuses and leave the rest discouraged. Teacher leader's lack the skills to support teacher's and find ways to insulate themselves from failing teacher's instead of supporting them.

      Health insurance, opportunities for growth, high pay, free $2,000 to cover co-pays, employee paid healthcare, changes based on data review, smart scholars, opportunities for extra/co-curricular stipends, up to 16% bonus after 1 year, every year.

      Cons

      Changes based on scholar need, but it is always with their best interest.

      the education is ok and it’s improving somewhat

      Cons

      Very unorganized in multiple ways, Hire Staff that are very disrespectful and when you address the issue to higher ups nothing actually gets resolved due to the fact that they are short staffed since many teachers are quitting. They make unnecessary rules that anyone would think for a school is ridiculous they need to change. Said they were going to make a high school building years ago (still hasn’t seen anything)
