Pros

Thus far, it has been the people I've been surrounded by. Very human being type of people. And by that, I mean they genuinely care for one another as humans. They aren't solely focused on the monetary aspects of the business. A good business can't be great without the humans that run it. And that has been my absolute favorite part about working here.

Cons

So. Many. Things. The storage situation at what seems to be all of the atomic branches is a bit out of control and could probably be managed in a different way. And the overall cleanliness.

They listen, care about me as a person, let me be me, help in many ways than work stuff, and know me by name (those that work in the main office)

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything, other than it does get a little chaotic, but I like that. It keeps me going

Pros

It's a popular spot right now and the food is expensive. Easy to upsell Co workers (not management) High volume If you drink the Kool aid you can actually have a pretty good chance at career development. There was one manager who actually gave a crap about her staff.

Cons

They say they are a chill place to work but they are essentially corporate at this point. Think Chilli's or Applebee's. Poor management CEO apparently doesn't let guests modify things? Bartenders in centennial make no money Scheduling ( if you get on the bad side of management your shifts will be gone)
