Sometimes, too many heads at the top making decisions without communicating with eachother,

Good money and easy work for what it is you have food runners so you barely if ever touch a tray

Management inconsistent and plays favorites the staff is okay at best but the favoritism is loud and clear oh and you will work every single holiday and they will schedule doubles without asking
