Pros

Knowledgable co-workers, good opportunity to learn from kitchen staff and wine staff. Great opportunity to eat at associated restaurants at a discount.

Cons

High turnover rate, egotistical managers, high (unfounded) expectations for staff to work 20+hours of overtime without acknowledging the fact that they often have poor training/hiring practices.

Good money and easy work for what it is you have food runners so you barely if ever touch a tray

Cons

Management inconsistent and plays favorites the staff is okay at best but the favoritism is loud and clear oh and you will work every single holiday and they will schedule doubles without asking
