Pros

The food was delicious, except the gumbo, sorry Besh. Looks great on your resume. Each of their restaurants has its own unique concept and always has high standards.

Cons

Their servers are generally treated like garbage. The runners and dishwashers are treated even more poorly. Management has a tendency to be rude and have a superiority complex. They don't train well, yet expect a certain level of perfection and skill. There's always drama, Besh puts the fear of God into his employees, and there's a high school feeling of cliques when it comes to promotions and advancement. Overall, it was worth it, but it was definitely a great deal of bs to put up with.

Good money and easy work for what it is you have food runners so you barely if ever touch a tray

Management inconsistent and plays favorites the staff is okay at best but the favoritism is loud and clear oh and you will work every single holiday and they will schedule doubles without asking
