Business Outlook
Pros
Very fun work environment in the offices. Most employees are outgoing and very pleasant people that stay fit and active. Good atmosphere and despite the company size, it still feels like a small, mom & pop culture.
Cons
Their growth is impressive and projects are coming in left and right but that has lead to some growing pains. Leadership is constantly shifting titles and org charts, company direction feels random at times, and there is enough employee turnover at times to make you anxious.
