Pros

The team on projects were typically really good group of folks to work with

Cons

Upper management was so disconnected from what was actually happening in the field. Hired bottom of the barrel sub contractors that made managing a safe job site incredibly difficult. Offered "Unlimited PTO" but than made you feel guilty about taking some time off.
