      1. Opportunities to own local and regional decisions and outcome in a leading product company provided you show strong leadership skills 2. Flat structure company wide, matrixed structure - enough opportunities to work with the global Management Team 3. Direct and clear communication by Execs - helps a lot at leadership levels IMV 4. 2 days in office 3 days from Home Hybrid work (flexible)

      Cons

      1. Product Strategy changes frequently 2. Some teams experience a disconnect between India and head office (Amsterdam) 3. Backbase has a start up vibe which is exciting at times, at the same time, it also brings frequent company wide changes which can feel disruptive to many.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

      not many exist for sales execs in the US

      Cons

      lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
