      - poor and ever-changing management, too many managers - client retention is low, lead conversions is very low - micromanagement, low trust on employees - company vision changes too frequently, blindly following AI trend - low salaries, no hikes

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

      not many exist for sales execs in the US

      Cons

      lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
