Pros

Growth organization, high potential in North America. Excellent people in key positions. Management team has the opportunity to make or break the organization.

Cons

Shifting focus has hurt long-term prosperity in the US. Teams are willing to work, but are unsure of best practices and generally are out of sync with global peers. Management team has the opportunity to make or break the organization.

Pros

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

Cons

Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

not many exist for sales execs in the US

Cons

lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
