Pros
- The people are friendly and open - Free lunch and drinks - relatively close to the city center - great working hours; no one works ridiculous overtime
Cons
- The product is buggy, hard to use and in direct contradiction to the company vision they keep propagating - Bad pay - Management interferes when there is no need to, and doesn't interfere when they should - There is no energy here. You don't get the feeling that everyone is working towards a common goal. The people don't really believe in the product, they just do their little job, talk bad about management and the product, and go home at 5
