      Pros

      - Opportunity to grow in a multinational and multicultural company - Banking products that uses the latest technologies from the Java ecosystem with big emphasis on creating cloud-native applications - Relaxed working environment that promote growth and team spirit

      Cons

      - Products are quite mature so there is little to no challenge for people working in R&D - Sometimes you feel like you or your team has no saying whatsoever on the products that's being built (unless you're part of upper management) - Sales-driven & sales-comes-first type of company

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

      Pros

      not many exist for sales execs in the US

      Cons

      lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
