We work really hard to create a great working environment… and maybe we are a little over-enthusiastic at times :wink: The vast majority of Backbasers in Cardiff work very independently from HQ. However, you were in one of a handful of roles that were part of a centralized team whilst we built the capability locally. Since then, we’ve grown and moved to a more decentralized setup.
