      Recognition of structure, clear plan and strategy needed (we are working in it) More interactive communication from management to worker bees is needed (we are working on it) Reorganization of some who are in management positions whose skills would be better utilized in another capacity is needed

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

      Pros

      not many exist for sales execs in the US

      Cons

      lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
