New initiatives are being launched regularly.

Cons

Even when working for Backbase longer than a year, and working on several initiatives from the start, someone who starts the initiative but leaves halfway through for another initiative never receives the credit and recognition they deserve when the project comes to completion.

Pros

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

Cons

Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

not many exist for sales execs in the US

Cons

lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
