Pros

The company is as focused on R&D as it is focused on sales and customers, it's 50/50 really. They are goal-oriented and data-driven. No heuristic decisions and road maps are clear for every department. A lot of processes and employee tools that actually help smooth your ride. Awesome onboarding program and training materials

Cons

The company is growing exponentially (# of employees) so I'm not sure if the culture can be easily maintained.

Pros

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

Cons

Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
