Friendly and inclusive environment, good tech stack and lots of hard working and talented people. You can learn a lot if you put in effort.

Cons

Sometimes you need to take on more responsibilities due to lack of resources (people/budget) and it might not be suited for everyone.

Pros

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

Cons

Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

not many exist for sales execs in the US

Cons

lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
