Pros
-Rapidly growing fintech company. They are making a LOT of money. Hiring dozens of people some months. -Salary is on the higher end. -International company with good remote work capability. -They do a fairly good job of dealing with time zones. (occasional 7am & 6om meetings) -If you're a developer, you'll like this company. Every problem is solved with custom code. -New push for delivering "off the shelf" software & SaaS, but sadly it doesn't fully exist yet. If they can deliver, they'll make a ton of money,
Cons
-Onboarding includes asking new hires to post reviews here. Beware. -Sales staff keep selling things that don't exist. -Company has disproportionate numbers of Gen-Z. Energetic people with limited experience. 2 year anniversaries are a company-wide celebration. -Alcohol is a disturbingly common theme. All company events have drinking, official HR training mentions drinking beer in the office on Fridays as normal. Never seen anything like it. -Extreme levels of company self promotion (we're awesome!). Reminiscent of WeWork. -Cheap on the tools. Google Meet, Google Docs, G-Mail. Tons of free software for essential company services. -Company still thinks like a tiny startup. Email "reply all" with hundreds of recipients is encouraged.
