You know what to expect, the company is understanding, the atmosphere is welcoming and you get to have quite some freedom as a developer.

Cons

The day to day job as a developer might become a little bit repetitive, facing limitations is a daily experience because of legacy code.

Pros

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

Cons

Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

not many exist for sales execs in the US

Cons

lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
