1. Very high expectations - Should be job ready from the day one itself will not be given enough time to underestand the project. 2.Startup Culture - Backbase at its core works like a start-up might have worked in other countries, but in india it wont work 3. Management- There are no clear policies in india BDC. Poor management, no clear delivarbles. No planning and execution. 4. Documentation - There is no proper documentation also every discussion happens over slack instead of mails. what ever the discussion happens it would be lost. 5. Work life Balance - There will be no work life balance at all in this company. they keep marketing that they have great WLB but in reality employees put in lot of effort to finish the work and those efforts will go unnoticed. Very high pressure and stressfull environment Better dont join this company and waste your precious career. Lot of people joined and left the company with in few months like me. There are many better product based companies out there with much better WLB, Less pressuer, Good work environment but Backbase isnt that kind of company.
