- Great management, stakeholders that actually listen to engagement surveys - healthy work life balance (of course some weeks are longer than others) - great social events (ski trip, summer / christmas parties), Vrijmibo - enough trainings to help you grow + education budget - great colleagues that make work even more fun! - transparency with overall company strategy (we have a monthly townhall where Jouk will share with us what is really going on (finance, legal, product))
Cons
There are some stressful moments, especially when it comes to workload, but it can be manageable if communication overall is improved.
