Pros

Friendly environment, with challenging scenarios that push you to grow, very international where you end up meeting lots of people. The vibe there is very team driven.

Cons

Not much a con but the product is so big and complex that takes a while for you to understand the whole, but the company is aware and let you learn the things without pressure.

Pros

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

Cons

Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

not many exist for sales execs in the US

Cons

lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
