Pros
The comp is decent and most people are friendly.
Cons
The US benefits are horrible. They use a PEO and the monthly medical premiums were over $15k/yr more than other places for comparable coverage. The Sales org is in constant flux. Sales Managers come and go faster than anywhere I've ever seen. As far as being a seller, you will need at least 6x in your pipeline to have a shot at hitting quota. Even if you're good enough to win against the competition, who is always cheaper, there are big issues with delivery being too expensive and taking too long which kills deals, hence the need for 6x pipeline. They're based in the Netherlands and have not been in the US long enough to have sufficient local support teams to assist sales efforts which will hinder your ability to collaborate internally when needed to win deals. Compounding this problem are layoffs and an inability to recognize talent. As long as they've been in business, they shouldn't still be grappling with their GTM strategy. Perhaps Motive Partners, who recently invested heavily, will get the right ELT in place and increase the speed of innovation so they don't get sued again for selling vapor-ware.
