Pros

There are some very nice and smart people who work there. They are trying their best but the negatives overwhelm that.

Cons

The product is no where near being able to be used in the US. Customers are stuck forever in implementations. There is constant turnover. They hire people only to eliminate their positions months later. There is a a complete lack of understanding of the product’s place in the market. There are several competitors who have more robust products at much lower price points.

Pros

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

Cons

Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

Pros

not many exist for sales execs in the US

Cons

lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
