      Pros

      You have the opportunity to work in a global atmosphere and you can see the potential of growth in the company. Very flexible hours as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      The management always changes directions and focus of the company once every five minutes. There is lack of communication with the rest of the company.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

      not many exist for sales execs in the US

      Cons

      lack of product fit in US market, leadership changes direction and strategy often, sales rigor is off the charts (MEDDPICC on steriods, etc)
